About Tellico HVAC
A Tellico Village–focused landing for Mellowmen HVAC—same company, clear and honest.
How this site relates to Mellowmen HVAC
tellicohvac.com is not a separate company. It is a Tellico Village–focused landing page for heating and cooling work performed by Mellowmen HVAC.
The legal name remains Mellowmen HVAC LLC. When you call 865-224-3650, you reach the same EPA-certified team. Same phone, same standards, same owner-operated business.
We built this site so Tellico Village homeowners can find local HVAC help quickly—AC repair, heating, heat pumps, mini-splits, and maintenance—without confusion about who shows up at the door.
For the full company site and broader Loudon County / Knoxville-area coverage, visit mellowmenhvac.com.
How we work
Reliability, fair pricing, and respect for your time—no pressure sales, no mystery fees.
1. Diagnose first
We find the real problem—not just the loudest symptom—before recommending parts or a replacement.
2. Explain options
You hear the trade-offs in everyday language: repair now, maintain, or replace when it makes sense.
3. Respect your time
Clear scheduling, tidy work, and no hard-sell follow-ups. Call when you need us.
